Trading Process and Research Notes
I am Fillip Kosorukov, an Indianapolis-based founder, trader, and published psychology researcher. This page collects my public notes on trading process, market psychology, risk discipline, and the research tools I use to study momentum-driven markets.
My trading work is process-first. I care less about prediction than about selection, position sizing, pre-market planning, and reviewing whether a decision followed the rules that existed before the trade. The same psychology background that shapes my product work also shapes how I think about markets: impulse control, feedback loops, and the cost of acting without a defined downside.
Current Themes
- Momentum and risk: how stretched moves behave, why the downside must be defined before the entry, and why a clean setup is still not a reason to abandon size rules.
- Research discipline: using holdouts, power checks, and null results to avoid turning a noisy pattern into a live trading rule.
- Market psychology: watching how impulse, fear of missing out, and forced action distort process under pressure.
- Tools: building private scanners and review systems that help study patterns without pretending every pattern is predictive.

What This Page Is Not
This page is not financial advice, trade alerts, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. I publish process notes, postmortems, and research reflections. They are records of how I think, test, and review decisions under uncertainty.
